Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update product prices at any time. If an incorrect price has been displayed and an order is affected, we will contact you before processing the order.

Product Availability

We do our best to maintain accurate stock information. Occasionally, an item may become unavailable before an order can be fulfilled.

If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss the available options, which may include a refund.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted if an item is unavailable or an error has occurred.

Shipping

Shipping is provided in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Some furniture and larger items are available for local pickup only. This will be clearly stated on the relevant product listing.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.

All content on the Mallee and Stone website, including photographs, logos, branding, text, graphics and designs, belongs to Mallee and Stone or is used with permission.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify or use our content without our written permission.
