Shipping within Australia

We currently offer Australia-wide shipping on eligible Mallee & Stone products.

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our store in Gnowangerup, Western Australia.

Processing Times

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your location, courier or postal service, and circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping — $14.95

Standard shipping is available Australia-wide on eligible products.

Free Standard Shipping — Orders over $200

Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia, unless otherwise stated.

Express Shipping — $19.95

Express shipping is available on eligible products where this option is offered at checkout.

Furniture & Large Items

Some larger or bulky items, including selected furniture pieces, are available for local pickup only.

These products will clearly state "Local Pickup Only" on the product listing and will not be available for Australia-wide shipping.

For larger furniture items where delivery may be possible, please contact us before purchasing to discuss delivery options and pricing.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, Mallee & Stone is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If an order has been dispatched to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
