How long will my order take to be dispatched?

We generally dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information where available.

How much is shipping?

Standard Australia-wide shipping is $14.95.

Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping.

Express shipping is $19.95 where available.

Do you ship furniture?

Some furniture items, including selected homewares and larger pieces, are local pickup only.

This will be clearly stated on the product page.

If you are interested in having a larger item delivered, please contact us before purchasing and we'll see what we can arrange and quote delivery cost.

Where can I collect my order?

Local pickup is available from:

We'll contact you when your order is ready for collection.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition and suitable for resale.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us and we'll arrange the appropriate solution.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer gift wrapping on eligible purchases.

If you'd like your order beautifully gift wrapped, select the gift wrapping option at checkout where available.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Mallee and Stone gift cards are available to purchase online and make the perfect gift for someone special.

Gift cards can be used towards eligible purchases from Mallee and Stone.

Can I send an order directly to someone as a gift?

Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout.

If you'd like the order gift wrapped, select the gift wrapping option where available.

You can also add a personal message to your order where this option is available.
